VITURE Raises Another $100M, Pushing Six-Month Total Past $200M

AR glasses maker VITURE has closed a fresh $100 million funding round, bringing its total capital raised over the past six months to more than $200 million. The round was led by Legend Capital, the investment arm affiliated with Lenovo, alongside a group of returning strategic investors including Bertelsmann Group.

The new funding follows a previous $100 million raise back in September, meaning VITURE has now doubled its capital base in roughly half a year — a sign, the company says, of strong institutional confidence in its position within the XR and AR hardware space.

VITURE plans to put the funding toward next-generation product development, global expansion, and deeper partnerships across the XR ecosystem. Part of the capital will also support the launch of a new product line the company is describing as its next step into “intelligent spatial experiences” — language that suggests a push further into AI-integrated wearables rather than purely passive displays.

The raise comes off the back of a strong run for VITURE. In the second half of last year, the company launched its third-generation Luma Series, including the Luma Ultra and its flagship model, The Beast, which introduced an upgraded optical architecture the company has called a cornerstone of its 2026 roadmap. VITURE has also pushed into more unconventional territory, partnering with CD Projekt RED on a limited-edition Cyberpunk 2077-themed pair of glasses that quickly sold out, and joining forces with NVIDIA and Stanford Medicine on an initiative applying AR and AI to laboratory workflows.

The funding announcement also touched on an ongoing legal dispute with rival XREAL. VITURE confirmed it has filed patent infringement proceedings of its own against XREAL in China, alongside separate action addressing public statements XREAL made about VITURE’s products, after XREAL brought patent claims against VITURE in the US. VITURE has retained law firm Cooley LLP and said it believes the claims against it lack merit.
